My idea right to buy,house built by council,
  • no deposit
  • montly payment to suit buyer
  • % rent/mortgage
  • flexible..pay+ amount that can be cash in if unemployed.
  • council buys back agreement
  • ground rent or lease agreement,at any time
  • maximum amount payable
  • designated family home cannot be sold until children leave
  • if one partner leaves the other partner takes share.
  • if one partner leaves council can pay share.
  • the right to buy a any time.
  • after ten years owners have total rights??

for the majority of pay jobs, look to america, cost>. tax on profits of house sales.
