loyaday welcomes all, ah the housing market, well i liken it to the wait of the human, the human eats yet get full of wind, each year more wind(cheap money) this goes on until the huam burst or farts, which is safer, well today we see the patient too much wind over ten years a false size has been achieved so a sizeing has to occur, no more wind, it will deflate but at what rate,
let me reminf you an associate of mine who was in banking a started a house rental business in 1988, why because hr knew the house market ,( he was abanker) to exploit the crash that all knew was planned in the city.or unplanned if you like.
