today woke late weathr very bad,

we had the controll button slammed,and no blogg yesterday, so a break , yesterday very quite, lots of bad vibes late in th eday, very bad, very darth vader, so it becomes very draining, to listen and dispose of the dark thought, outsideworld, all very quite,

so to bed early, tired, had teh 8 hours, got a visitor,right on the lips.got up large breakfast, and waited, for media,cleaned windoes, ashes makes it difficult, and beach, very quite, but had the feelings of eyes on me very close, outside world, well its all to keep africa as aslave to western greed, so media came back on line, a hit went in belfast, so as i said the roads are very dangerous, body is in transition, pains in chest,and a strange lack of energy, in the muscles , very strange, but circulations is very good in legs, ( no pins and needles) etc, so now its boring, sunny and calm after storm,
