well the 26 went with wimper no real news,all very quite got news in town about th eperson who died, but i have no idea about th eperson, after th elast 4 weeks of storms today was summers day, warm sunny and no wind, aprt from that no news, kept quite usual woking by thelocal, acess to internet blocked as the butcher with the tv, power and control , its sort of local bullies, not at distance, government, or army types , but locals, the pron standing next to you, yes its the worts sort, but weeellll its was sunny and it past, food is boring, days are boring, you talked last night about smoking, my views on smoking, its not the tabaco, its the chemicals added to the products, but my own view,ah its depend on the outlook on life after a certain time, oh doctors wel, we are the ten minute hit, but weel its too late too decide, but lets face it doctors give people time off from work, so idoubt it will be long before the change, and the goveernment will subsidise industry, to get doctors to open to suit work time s of the workers, ah well thast it, why proxy money well to keep it a secret and to hid eit from the law, any other news please.

so thats the weekend, oh had visitors over the past two nights, no names or sign of who they are, but well its all quite now, must go to bed early tonight, blood presure still high, and that i cant under stand, healthy diet, exersise, no real presure, so it must be?????,
