ok yesterday all very quite, no news, town bussing, with loads of visitors, today went to town, got thetyre done talked with the tyre man regarding , passsed meeting with uda and dud tyres and accidents but it was alll very quite town aloud with no news. news about closing the hospital, but thats it, supa value, busy no news, got nuts but thast it the beach is very busy as its summer, but i have never seen it so busy, so at last the broadband is working, i was given a message as to the wok element in the area, but thats it, oh yes a message from england, they say im banned from my home country, what load of lies, no one can banned me from my country, ok they may try to boxed me but thats their way.

Apart from that, no news today its warm, but dull, my sugar level are up and up, i take food and i go into a deep sleep a sthe body reacts to dealing with the high suga levels leveling out, im learning how to deal with the diabetic sid eto life, blood pressure is up but thats wwould be the suga levels my pulse rate is 20 above my normal rate, (normal 50 to 60), so the body is reacting to be caged up for 24/7, and my life expectancy is being reduced at a rate of i for 1, or in humans term, a chain smoking heavey drinker, ok thats the medical report.
