ok so today stiil a sunny day, not alot going on vry quite did exersise and showered, did a bit of gardening, not a lot but tried a afternoon nay and in came the the white noise somone did not want me to sleep as usual as on camino, as in interogation with the cripple Mc cready and the fat man innis all of the adams family, god job i sushed their value to the knife, its strange the were red hand uda and killers of the crown, ok its quite but i had my nap, dispite the noise. and onward the raiders or the herrad gang who come and murder children, the owners of gang?? find the owner its regular and under the cod eof silence. so what else no real news a local hair dresser got hit, or as they say in the irish code got tuned. and thast it for today now i playing bridge with the mob all very corrupt, strange how they cheat, why play, so many other way to live a life, but its all the same.

i laugh at the so called experts on the ira, bleating about teh infiltration of theira by spies, ok lesson one, one dosent join th eira one is born, and from that day on one marries into another ira family, can be first cousin aunts and uncles so security is shall we say tight, but the result is bad habits, and exploited habits of the weaklings of the litter, more latter.
got the message but who baited who, did theira fall for thebait, or did ira bait the police to say wre bringing in snipers, all very covert and typical paranoid irish and british security services, lave me out of it, ive been tortures by both sides fro not being in the ira, and then by the ira just in cae i kene who the real adamsn and mca Guinness are, so my body can only take so much, but its the end of the celtic tiger and the end of the bubble, so the brits need home tie in war, the Afghan etc are too far away, andthe irish need a hate the brit campaign, so we have a win win situation. apart from th edead and injured.
