so today warm and sunny did abit of gardening, gotgot to phone the doc to get my pills, but got pulled, and came back, and thats it all very quite no real news , oh yes had avisitor from a religist sewct, had the bible on toe, we spoke for while with the sun interupting at will pamala and frien was teh point person, tactic used by police and security person, one talk and the picks up the sales point or truth point, but fear has reflection, and talk but they will return, and thats it went to town lot of strange persons, i have seen on tv a man whos body was cut up and buried all over teh country he was in cahersiveen, but as orders we follow those who commit crime and deal, as messsage to tourist who plaugue the area in the rein of the butcher aand previous to 1997, and on and on we go. my body has changed again, ok memememem, but yes its altered the rate of my body like drugs have gone. so ok more later hopefully. no more news
