ok so its the 03-07-09, no news from the alst 3 days but im told i have a bandit on my tail, from the irish government one of the ministers, find the pay master and we deal, apert from that tehyanks have wave of unemployed, but he hidden cost is far greater, in america the unseen millions work fortheconstruction ect so teh numbers we sen are proberly 3> 1 , and the good jobs are going too the jobs the kept famliies in heath care, not preskilled jobs, like vast education jobs, but jobs that gave on job training and jobs for life all gone, and in the place jobs at minimum wage with no healt care or substandard care, and short term hourly pay, so we have the vested interest with heads sstuck so far un the ivy league rednecks the got sun burned, bleating the american dream, and i have notice all the scammers and hard headsm, when cornered by the press shout amercan way, but to its a mob way where poor are driven to save a rotting corpes of wall street andteh stench will last for years, the future its dasrk and unknown, the workers have no extra cash, so the wall street who sucked teh bounty of healtcare money and workers pensions and saving, will find as in britain the bounty stopps adn theflow of cash has dried up + the pensioners are drawing down on the equity so its alose lose situation, and as usual they go to war when thsi happes so you have billions of taxpayers cash going in wars banks ect and no jobs being created, thejobs now are in chins, america creates butlers job, only jobs that do america, china does world jobs, so britian reminds me of myself not will to looka tat tehbank balance because if t you don't know the balance before th sheet comes then you are bankrupt, its too late when the sheet comes, dire i would say, no substance, all gone all butler jobs.

well woke late i have the birds on the roof as alarms, so woke first very early, did littel, wimbledon is tirsom, the big mac, macinro, is an america too far, americans have evolvedbut thetennis circuit is still in the darth vader mode, so its skin crawling to listen and watch the tennis, and went to town to get quick shop at supa value the most expensive, at check out a woman with 3 young children was struggling to complete her shop i ask a worker to hepl got told to fuck of, so waited but did my little to help in the end, very sad to watch , in this area the sister hood is very strong, im amaized at teh refusal of woman to help anoth, so came away the town is packed with strangers.
picke up some spikes to test my blood sugars, i will see how the body is coping with stress.
