Well a week gone and what nothing just sitting no walks no exersise just relaxing nit much 

Aldi on thursday  why anticipated tuesday strole  usual capers inside loads I'd dram syning  I player my role not much else  to checkout odd camel and person with €241 shopping yes the number  a message ?????.

Same at supa value  drive inn not much else night quite some chatter  but on whole just roll over time ticking.

Its been dull and duller  no news today aldi  some syning at  checkout blond demon from.st john  same in cockeries  I just stayed on auto supa value same checkout as that annoying set of being treated with c ok ntempt as pratt.

Drove .

All week popped into aldi mid week and mr price odd queue  at checkout lookalike  arsenals manager. 

The rest all noise or fuzz all week just st as yes inside paid my barber  white liners around .

Night some wakeup calls my right leg froze and palm of my had could not feel skin yet tingling inleg and sole of foot  no feeling just like left.

Its started by removing 1 pillow and raising my legs above heart as substitute  to heavy exersise on bike

Well today after restless night woke doors slamming  kept  trying eventually got to 11am 

Wasted the day as one does not much else to do .

Monday 22/25.

Woke after lengthy sleep beckoned to town expect a raid seems the tralee (gang) came to town on mass had to endure dance after dance black h as aired person in makeup with deep voice behind.

Met again in mr price and two other dressed same.

Supa value odd music in entering walk around left drove stop at shop as requested and  had hoody hiding at counters dance with portmageans and walked away stay away nothing much weekend an endurance not much else  role over days sitting not much ticking the time away .

Last day not much to  cover  9 days most sitting stuffing shitting .

Today sat and stared not much else yesterday  went aldi dire stuff no deliveries just fresh bread I'm.sure they are selling 2024 spuds.

Aldi and supavalue both quite blody covering door.

Drove away stopped at post office again all quite  no news.

On 24 I went shopping to a a li do and supa value nit much stuff quite some syncing  in cars  same ferels sell ok ng rape drugs in pubs and clubs in kerry (barpersons(.

So after my shop not much else   sitting shitting stuffing sleeping, round the carousel of it felt like sedation 4 hour naps,

So 25 over not much to say or write still here oh had shit today usual pattern after leaving the place empty .

Saturday 01.

Wet day in portmagee  chilly at 15" stayed slow all.day  just sit shit my guts burning seems my food or water has been f ampered with sleeping alot after food it's an indicator  to diet and well being.

Bed early slept intermittently  through the night toast at some point.

Sunday02

Woke at 8pm  porridge slept  again miss marple as distraction wall paper.

Dinner factory  lasagna  and beans stewed  apple icream again slept again.

Most of day dredge on dredge roll over .

Now evening dark bed time re runs on re-runs.on tv.

Slow day no excitement  at all.

Bed soon  another day over.

Sunday 11am woke after up and down night a bit of farathon  over night had snack 3am some chatter.

Satuday10.

Sit and shit  irish bacon stew f OJ r lunch not much else all quite  dull and grind had pung from laura.

The dat stolen without complaint complications  ect.

Friday .

Woke had shower  and breakfast  the council in trench duty more later  on subject.

Off to town #aldi  quite quick whizz around check out odd guy in behind continued  with shop 

Supa value .

Walk around odd type  in drama costume BBC two young children voice yankee or similar checkout drive not much .

Quite no bike or walking down town relaxing same all week watched the workers as road gang git some naps in during the day very mild.

10 days without stuff  wow it's been usual  got my he as ting fixed ect.

Did my aldi run dud see much on friday as with supa value drive slow and obvious.

Short month the last 2 weeks roll not exersise nit going no fuss not lot going not seeing much syncing  road done outside  and back roads went to aldi not much going o

On creamery syning with odd bod from beach and late if supa value.
